Every unit has advantages and disadvantages. Unless you know the army of your enemy very well it is wise to have armies with mixed unit types. Take heavy cavalry and armored infantry, for instance - the infantry is slow and no match for ranged units. Unless you have fast riders who can take them out!
Completion Response: Very good! With this combination you should have an easy match in a lot of battles - beware of hordes of armored infantry, though!
