Bugfixes

• When two players tried accepting the same trade offer in the market,

it resulted in an internal error for one of them. This has been fixed and an info message is shown instead.

• After reviving some attached units it was possible for those units to become unattached ones. This should not happen anymore.
• In some cases, the usage of the One-Up-Kit or the Renovation-Kit led

to wrong values for the happiness when used on set buildings. This has been fixed.
